We are excited to be partnered with Jenn Fillenworth from Grand Rapids, MI for this recipe! Jenn is a registered dietitian who puts a focus on making simple and flavorful dishes while also working to inform people that a healthy diet can include all foods. She runs a great blog called Jenny With the Good Eats, can be seen in televised media segments and works as a food liaison for GRNow.com.
One of my favorite kitchen tools is a simple baking sheet with a lip around the edge. They are great for making a variety of delicious desserts but can also hold an entire dinner! These sheet pan fajitas are the ultimate one pan dinner. Not to mention all of the great vegetables that accompany that delicious steak. Steak, peppers, and onions are a food combination that I could literally eat for every meal. I hope you add this easy one pan dinner to your weekly meal rotation!
